The conductive tissues of reptiles are their eyes, and soft underbellies. Reptiles have been reported becomng aggressive or trying to escape from their environments before earthquakes. In field and laboratory experiments reptiles also reacted in much the same way to EM pulses

Snakes:

Snakes have been reported to come out of hibernation, swarm and congregate before large earthquakes.

In this video snakes are subjected to EM pulses and DC electric fields in laboratory experiments

Crocodiles

Have been reported to leave their pools before earthquakes and refuse to
re-enter the water

Turtles

Before earthquakes observers say turtles try to leave their pools and climb out of aquaria. In this experiment turtles try to avoid electric fields.
